You will

• act independently and acquire new business as an expert for pension fund solutions (BVG) and personal insurance (KTG, UVG, UVG-Z) for existing and new customers
• work towards optimal overall solutions, particularly in the management level
• analyze existing solutions and develop future ones
• be responsible for tenders/submissions as well as for conducting negotiations with potential pension providers and asset managers and finalizing results in a comparison model
• accompany today's autonomous pension solutions in their realignment at the project level
• develop sound decision-making bases for our customers
• actively identify and drive cross-selling opportunities with tandem partners
• work in a highly motivated team
• be actively involved in further developing the service area of broker services
• convince and inspire as a speaker at specialist events and customer events

You bring

• passion for customer care and customer acquisition
• current market knowledge as well as several years of professional experience in corporate client consulting in the area of pension fund solutions and personal insurance
• the necessary prerequisites and registration in the FINMA intermediary register
• preferably experience at an insurance company, a broker, or a collective/community foundation with a focus on sales and customer acquisition
• a sympathetic personality and have a stylish, confident, and winning appearance
• good IT skills (WinVS, BAYO, Power Point and Excel)
