Joining us means practicing a job that has meaning, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to better nutrition. #### WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead the entire ERP deployment program by ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, resources, and key milestones * Define and enforce project governance, working methods, and decision-making processes with all stakeholders * Supervise the budget, schedule, contracts, and deliverables to ensure the quality and performance of the services provided * Identify and control project risks, obstacles, and dependencies by implementing appropriate action plans * Coordinate the various workstreams of the program (processes, configuration, data, interfaces, testing, training, and change management) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners * Ensure the mobilization of business resources, clarify the responsibilities of key actors, and facilitate decision-making within the expected timeframes * Guarantee the operational readiness of the deployment by managing the testing, validation, and go-live decision phases * Support the upskilling of internal teams by organizing knowledge transfer, sharing best practices, and feedback * #### WHAT YOU BRING: * Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, engineering, management, business economics, or an equivalent field; a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar) is an asset * Significant experience of more than 10 years in managing complex ERP projects, ideally acquired in multi-site industrial environments * Demonstrated expertise in ERP deployment, with functional knowledge and certifications in Infor M3; experience in the food industry represents an advantage * Mastery of the main areas of project management: governance, planning, risk management, budget, contracts, testing, data migration, and change management * Mastery of integrated business processes, ability to intervene in workshops with the integrator and to configure certain modules if necessary, notably Production, Supply Chain, and Sales. * Fluency in French and English, with German being a plus * Recognized leadership, excellent communication and decision-making skills, with ease in collaborating with both operational teams and Management * Presence 5 days on-site at the Villars-sûr-Glâne site, lives in Switzerland nearby or has an explicit and concrete desire to move #### WHAT WE OFFER YOU: * An evolving environment and a pleasant working framework * Possibility of internal training and development * Various discounts at more than 150 partners via the Swibeco platform * Advantageous social benefits (supplementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) #### 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: * You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo * You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss food company * You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to achieve our ambitious goals * You will engage in a sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
