Process development and optimization of existing and new processes. Support of new product introductions (PCB assembly from prototype to series). Supporting function for increasing efficiency and troubleshooting in manufacturing. Maintenance of master data, bills of materials and work plans in the ERP and MES system. Management of process and equipment validations in the area of PCB manufacturing. Support and documentation of quality measures and improvements (8D, FMEA etc.). Internal and external technical support. Completed vocational training as Elektroniker EFZ or comparable professional qualification in the electronics industry and further training as Prozessfachmann/-frau or Prozesstechniker/-in HF or comparable Several years of experience in the industrial environment in electronics manufacturing Knowledge and experience (documentation) in the regulated environment of aviation / medical technology (EN9100 / ISO 13485) is an advantage SAP knowledge is an advantage Assertiveness, independent and structured way of working and a very high quality awareness Very good German skills, good English skills orally and in writing Flat hierarchies, direct communication as well as a corporate culture characterized by integrity, courage and sense of responsibility.
