Your missions As an Internal Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing the relationship with our clientele. Your main responsibilities will be: \- contract review management, including; studying new products and negotiating specifications with the client, proposals for modification or alternative design, negotiation of deadlines and product prices, preparation and submission of commercial offers \- order management, including; preparation and confirmation of orders, launching manufacturing orders, monitoring the smooth progress of the order, management of customer complaints preparation of logistics for the shipment of orders \- regulatory matters, including; Advising and informing customers Your profile Technical training in mechanics (CFC polymécanicien, a Federal Diploma, an ES Diploma, a HES Bachelor or a diploma deemed equivalent). Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment. Mechanical skills and ability to understand technical drawings. Interpersonal skills and rigor in work.
