This is what your everyday life looks like ## • At the heart of it: You have your Ausland benefit settlements under control - because our insured persons rely on a correct and rapid review. • You move confidently between insured persons, foreign service providers, and internal specialist departments and clarify open questions. • Even in tricky cases, you maintain an overview, clarify medical and legal questions, and involve internal specialist departments if necessary. • In exchange with colleagues, you contribute your knowledge and find solutions for demanding benefit cases. • You provide information on benefit questions in an international context by telephone and in writing. • Through your structured way of working, you ensure that quality and service standards are correct at all times. This is what you bring with you ## • Most importantly: You have a completed commercial basic training and are interested in medical topics. A paramedical training is an advantage. • You express yourself very well in German and English (oral and written). Any further foreign language is a plus. • It is easy for you to organize yourself, set priorities, and maintain an overview. • You handle digital tools as a matter of course and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. • A careful, proactive way of working as well as the ability to remain focused even in complex cases characterize you. • You meet challenging inquiries confidently and actively look for solutions.
