To strengthen our team in electronics production at the Fehraltorf location, we are looking for you as a Floater Electronics Production (SMD / THT). In this varied and responsible function, you ensure a smooth production process and provide flexible support at various production stations. With your commitment, you ensure that our high quality standards are maintained at all times.

What you can achieve with us:

You step in flexibly and independently at various workstations within electronics production (SMD, THT, assembly, testing). This involves the following tasks:

• You set up and prepare the material for the production process
• You populate and assemble circuit boards and assemblies according to technical specifications
• You perform visual and functional tests with testing devices and document them
• You undertake rework, conversions and minor repairs on electronic assemblies
• You support maintenance and simple servicing work on machines and equipment
• You ensure that order, cleanliness and occupational safety are guaranteed in the entire production area

What you bring with you:

• Experience in electronics production, especially in SMD and THT assembly
• Very high flexibility and willingness to take on daily changing tasks
• Precise and reliable way of working with high quality awareness – even under time pressure
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new tasks
• Responsible handling of sensitive electronic components and machines
• Good soldering skills (manual soldering and rework)
• Solid German skills in speaking and writing
• Basic PC skills for documentation and testing programs
• Willingness to work shifts or flexible working hours
