Foreman, Supervisor, Concrete Worker

You have experience in formwork construction and enjoy precise work with concrete - then you are in the right place with us.

Your tasks:

• Production of sophisticated fair-faced concrete elements
• Formwork construction for precast concrete elements
• Implementation of factory and formwork plans
• Coordination and instruction of employees in the production area

Your profile:

• Completed training in construction or related fields, as well as experience as a supervisor or foreman
• Professional experience in formwork construction, ideally with a background in carpentry, concrete construction, or element production
• Spatial imagination and the ability to implement plans reliably
• Leadership qualities, team spirit, and an independent way of working
• Technical understanding as well as good knowledge of concrete processing (fair-faced concrete)
• Confident handling of MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage
