An apprenticeship at Spital Muri is varied, individual, and future-oriented. In a family atmosphere, we train nine different vocational professions, where everything revolves around the person. Around 940 employees work with us, and we treat over 80-000 patients. From August 2027, we offer you a practical and broad education in the healthcare sector and enable you to gain extensive insight into everyday hospital life. In doing so, you will be supported individually and competently. The training - What awaits you? As a healthcare specialist - short FaGe - you care for and support patients in the inpatient department. You take on co-responsibility for the care and nursing process of the patients and support them during their hospital stay. In this way, you make an important contribution to the recovery process. Your tasks also include administrative and logistical services. In addition, within the scope of your area of competence, you perform medical-technical procedures. The training lasts a total of 3 years and you will complete it on two different interdisciplinary wards. During the training, you will be professionally accompanied and trained by vocational instructors along with other apprentices and students. There is the possibility to complete your training with the Berufsmatura. Additionally, you have the possibility to purchase 5 vacation days. Working hours ### The standard working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests are implemented where possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
