For a home group with around 500 employees in the Lucerne area, we are looking for you Your tasks You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily You assist with the daily care of our residents You participate in reports, team meetings and further training You recognize and master emergency situations You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning Our requirements You are interested in the rehabilitating approach according to the psychobiographical nursing model. You have professional nursing training (FAGE, FABE with treatment care, DNI, DNII, HF etc.) You are enthusiastic and enjoy a meaningful everyday life and professional life. You are willing to engage with normalcy-preserving impulses through cooking, washing, supervising and caring. You can further develop your potential in specialist and/or interest groups.
