Your mission
Perform dimensional and geometric controls on a three-dimensional machine of outsourced mechanical components and internally manufactured products
Verify the conformity of internal documents and those provided by subcontractors
Define measurement methods in order to control product quality according to requirements
Write and manage control documents: measurement reports, non-conformity reports
Participate in the evolutions necessary for the improvement of quality and the performance of dimensional and geometric controls
Perform programming on 3D machines (for example: Hexagon, PC-DMIS software).
Perform dimensional and geometric controls on a three-dimensional machine of outsourced mechanical components and internally manufactured products Verify the conformity of internal documents and those provided by subcontractors Define measurement methods in order to control product quality according to requirements Write and manage control documents: measurement reports, non-conformity reports
Your profile
CFC Polymécanicien Micro mécanique or Metrology
Good knowledge of conventional measuring instruments for the dimensional and geometric control of mechanical components
Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) and ease in consulting and recording data via different applications
Knowledge of PC-DMIS software, an asset
Knowledge of English, an advantage
