In this varied role, you will independently and with personal responsibility manage the assigned portfolio of rental properties and condominiums.
Your main tasks include:
direct support of tenants and owners
negotiating with tradespeople and authorities
execution and coordination of all work arising in property management from A to Z
What you bring with you:
completed commercial basic training, preferably in the real estate industry
federal certificate of proficiency as a Real Estate Manager is an advantage
3 - 5 years of professional experience in real estate management
very good German language skills in speaking and writing
high customer orientation, resilience and sense of responsibility
teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
driving license category B as well as your own car
