To complete our Hotel Services team, we are looking for a person with a fixed-term contract for one year with the possible possibility of renewal at the Lugano Regional Hospital:

Profile: ##

The ideal candidate possesses professional experience as a Cook at medium/large-sized private or public organizations. They feel comfortable in a multicultural context and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all interlocutors. They are a willing person, flexible to change, enthusiastic about bringing new ideas and able to ensure quality, respecting times and procedures.

Necessary requirements: ##

• federal certificate of capacity as a cook CFC
• solid experience in the catering sector
• solid knowledge of equipment, food techniques and HACCP standards
• ability to program work in an effective and efficient manner
• autonomy, flexibility, discretion
• orientation towards teamwork
• mastery of the Italian language (spoken and written) and a second national language (Fr/D)
• good IT skills
