The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, and cell or DNA research. This is what you can achieve: As Project Leader, you will shape the future of our automation solutions. You will take responsibility for extensive development projects and implement them successfully according to product specifications and the backlog. In doing so, you will proactively and solution-oriented address challenges of both a technical and collaborative nature with various teams. Your focus will be on complex, site-spanning projects, where you will maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure smooth processes. This is what you bring: • Completed degree in a technical or scientific field • Several years of experience in project management and leading hybrid project teams within a matrix organization • Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: automation technologies, software development, or life science applications • Experience in agile project management • Good language skills in German and English • Experience in using Jira is desirable Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under jobs.hamilton.ch.
