As a Senior Product Owner, you will shape the PostFinance App, our most important digital channel. You will further develop one of the most widely used apps in Switzerland with over 1.3 million monthly users and implement ideas into modern solutions within an agile team. What you can achieve • You take on the content responsibility for the operational implementation of specific features of the PostFinance App (iOS & Android), receive requirements from different stakeholders, prioritize the backlog, and ensure agile implementation together with the Scrum Master and architects in your interdisciplinary team of Business Analysis, UX, Development, and Testing. • You do not simply implement requirements, but consistently check them for customer benefit and impact, say no with justification, and point out better alternatives. • You question how we develop software today, and together with your team, you drive the use of AI along the entire software development process so that we deliver software more efficiently and in better quality. • You help shape the vision and roadmap of the app and maintain the balance between business goals, customer needs, and costs. • You set your own accents by using around 20 percent of the team capacity for self-driven topics and improvements of the app. • You actively contribute your AI knowledge to the Product Owner community of the app teams and develop them further together with your colleagues through the exchange of experiences, tools, and methods. What you bring with you • Several years of experience as a Product Owner (ideally in the app environment) with sound know-how along the product development phases • Distinct product generalist profile with strong technical and UX understanding as well as confident cooperation at the interfaces of Product, Design, and Development, ideally with experience in accessibility • High assertiveness, communication competence, and negotiation skills in dealing with demanding stakeholders and management • Experience in data-driven working and in the validation of assumptions through user testing as well as experience in designing conversion-optimized customer journeys • Verifiable experience in the use of AI tools as well as in their application along the software development process and in the optimization of working methods • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
