Drafting of deeds: Preparation and drafting of deeds and legal documents (wills, inheritance pacts, marriage contracts, mandates for incapacity). Taxation and inventories: Preparation of tax inventories, collection of documents, and participation in the liquidation of estates. Relationship and advice: Accompanying clients and coordination with various stakeholders (banks, administrations, justice of the peace, lawyers, etc.). Your profile: Training: Diploma in secretarial studies or training in notary work Experience: Confirmed experience (ideally 5 years minimum) within a notary practice in Switzerland. Skills: Rigor, analytical spirit, excellent writing skills, and sense of priorities.
