Senior HVAC Specialist 100 Your task In this versatile role, you will assume technical responsibility for the HVAC systems of our production infrastructure. With your expertise, you will ensure their sustainable further development and make a significant contribution to plant availability and operational safety. Independent analysis and rectification of malfunctions and weaknesses as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures Planning and management of renewal, optimization, and investment projects Development of a long-term strategy and investment roadmap for our HVAC systems Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and suppliers Your profile Completed basic training EFZ in the field of HVAC Further education in a technical environment (HF/FH building technology with specialization in heating/ventilation or similar) Several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or optimization of HVAC systems, ideally in an industrial environment Understanding of plant availability and operational safety Experience in the creation of technical concepts, investment requests, and economic efficiency studies Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing Why +SUHNER?
