Your tasks * You handle the topics of political participation, participation, and promotion of democracy conceptually and strategically, deal with current developments and challenges, such as in the area of disinformation, and develop new project ideas and measures from them. * You independently lead demanding projects and are responsible for them from conception, planning, and management to implementation and evaluation. * Within the framework of your projects, you maintain and develop networks with internal and external cantonal partners, organize events, and are responsible for project communication. * You represent the Koordinationsstelle Teilhabe in internal cantonal, as well as external working groups and committees. Your profile * You have a university degree, preferably in subjects such as political or social sciences, as well as any additional qualifications and/or work experience in a relevant field. * You have sound experience in the independent management and implementation of projects and are used to involving different stakeholders and driving projects forward independently. * You are familiar with political participation and democratic participation and are interested in current societal developments. Ideally, you bring professional experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following topics: digital political participation, local political participation at the municipal or neighborhood level, including inclusion participation. * Networking and stakeholder work come easily to you and you can win different internal and external partners for joint projects. Experience in community management is an advantage. * You are interested in societal developments and working in administration. You enjoy translating complex issues into concrete projects creatively and together with others.
