Since 1990, we have been bringing fresh ideas to the table and developing unique concepts and brands that inspire. Our versatile establishments are located at central hotspots in various cities and stand for quality, design, and pure moments of enjoyment. ZENBU is our sushi brand for retail and has been inspiring with daily fresh sushi, sashimi, soups, and warm dishes since 2018. In selected Coop branches, ZENBU brings a modern, diverse product range for all sushi lovers directly into everyday life. ### Tasks • Production of sushi, sashimi, and soups in front of the guest at our sushi islands in the Coop supermarket • Guest-oriented way of working including providing information about the general offering, including allergy labeling and daily specials • Team-oriented cooperation with the Zenbu team • Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, openings, closings, and inventory management • Ensuring a constantly high quality of food • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen Requirements • Interest in food preparation - career changers welcome • Flexible availability and commitment to shift and weekend services (Sundays generally free, except for Sunday sales) • Independent personality with a passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays • German language skills at B1 level in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus What we offer Your contact person Nina Berlinecke, Human Resources
