What we wish for you

• Completed training as an Animal Care Specialist EFZ or Animal Caretaker FBA
• Agogic training or further education or experience in accompanying people with support needs
• Driver's license category B
• Good observational skills and a secure sense for dog behavior, especially in pack keeping
• Joy, empathy, and patience in dealing with people with support needs
• Ability to work in a team and openness to working with specialists and participants
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm even in challenging situations
• Motivated and reliable personality with an independent and proactive way of working
