• Professional and holistic care as well as support for residents during the day service
• You recognize individual needs at an early stage, act safely in demanding situations and initiate appropriate measures
• Participation in the continuous development of care quality and active collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
• You maintain electronic care documentation seamlessly and work with modern digital tools

Your plus for the new employer

• Completed training as a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a equivalent, recognized in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage, as is pleasure in working with older people
• Independent, responsible and resilient personality with high social competence
• Very good German language skills and interest in digital work processes and professional development
