Your tasks ## • You take responsibility for a dynamic and high-performance workshop. You control the activities in our workshop efficiently, goal-oriented and with a focus on quality, deadlines and third-party business. • You develop your team in a targeted manner, promote individual strengths and create a motivating, collegial work environment with high standards. • You coordinate and prioritize orders as a central interface between customer service and workshop and are responsible for quality and final inspections. • As a technical contact person, you support the team in demanding questions and actively participate in day-to-day business. • You ensure that knowledge is actively shared within the team, so that everyone is on the same level, works efficiently and new employees and trainees can develop quickly. In addition, you take over the deputy management of the workshop.
