In order to complete our team, we are looking for a CNC Programmer Main tasks: • Program parts from technical drawings and manufacturing files • Define machining strategies adapted to the different parts. • Choose cutting tools and determine machining parameters. • Perform simulations and validate programs before production launch • Ensure technical monitoring of programs during the first production runs • Make necessary corrections based on feedback from the workshop. • Collaborate with production, quality and methods teams to resolve technical issues. • Participate in the continuous improvement of programs and machining processes. • Ensure compliance with programming standards in force within the department. Profile sought: You are passionate about precision machining and appreciate demanding environments where quality is a priority. You possess: • A CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics or training deemed equivalent. • At least 5 years of experience in CNC programming on 5-axis milling machines. • A solid mastery of high-end watchmaking component manufacturing. • A good knowledge of NUM 1060, FANUC 31i and Siemens 840D numerical controls. • Experience with GibbsCAM, a significant asset. • Great rigor and an excellent sense of precision. • A good analytical mind and the ability to resolve technical issues. • Autonomy, organization and a good sense of responsibility. • An ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team.
