Do you like understanding how a device works, finding the source of a breakdown and repairing it? Do you also appreciate contact with customers and days that are not alike? This position could please you.

We are looking for a person to install, maintain and repair copiers and printers at our customers' sites, as well as various equipment in our workshop.

Your missions

• Install and commission devices at customer sites, then verify their proper functioning.
• Diagnose breakdowns and perform repairs on-site, as well as preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare and overhaul new or used copiers before their delivery or their return to service.
• Repair other devices in the workshop, notably video projectors, touchscreens, document shredders and plotters.
• Explain your interventions to customers and ensure clear follow-up: intervention reports, closing of breakdowns and transmission of useful information to the team.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of our exhibition space.

Your profile

You have relevant technical training or experience, for example in mechanics, electromechanics or maintenance. You like understanding the origin of a breakdown and finding a concrete solution. Autonomous, organized and reliable, you also appreciate contact with customers and teamwork.

An excellent command of German, both spoken and written, is indispensable. You also possess a manual driver's license and are available to intervene notably in French-speaking Switzerland as well as German-speaking Switzerland.

You have never worked on copiers? This is not an obstacle: training on our equipment is planned.
