Your tasks include: ### • Organization of the POLICLINIC | reCOVER everyday life and coordination of consultation hours • Telephone and written communication with patients, doctors, and insurance companies • Ensuring smooth processes in the practice - from order and cleanliness to daily organizational tasks. • Organization of the reception area: Friendly reception and care of patients, creation of a pleasant atmosphere, and first point of contact for visitors to the practice.
