Your main responsibilities:

• Planning and direction of construction operations on sites
• Monitoring safety on the construction site - Follow-up of directives
• Control of deadlines, costs, and the quality of work execution
• Technical and administrative support for the smooth running of activities
• Technical and financial monitoring of construction sites
• Carrying out measurements
• Preparation of tenders and management of calls for tender
• Management of equipment and supplies
• Participation in site meetings

What we are looking for:

• ES training as a construction site manager or a title deemed equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
• Good understanding of Swiss standards
• Mastery of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Great organizational skills and ease in negotiation
• Ability to work independently and to have good contact with customers
• Perfect mastery of the French language, orally and in writing
• Mastery of common IT tools - Baubit or equivalent / MS Project would be an asset
• Holder of a driver's license
