In one of our residential groups for adults, we are looking for a healthcare specialist immediately or by arrangement. The residents of the Escher Stiftung are physically highly restricted. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling on vacation. And for that, they need you. As a healthcare specialist, you enable them to live their everyday lives and their dreams. You complement the interdisciplinary team with your specialist knowledge and represent the perspective of nursing. The assignments take place in the booked group as well as, if required, cross-group in other areas. What you bring with you: - Commitment and enthusiasm in the care and support of children, adolescents, and young adults - Psychological resilience, teamwork skills, and motivation for responsible and independent work - Patience, social competence, and flexibility - Knowledge in operating patient lifters/ceiling lifts. - Medication management - Basic and treatment care of immobile patients - Advantageous but not mandatory, knowledge of breathing devices and ventilation - Safety in handling patient lifters and feeding tubes
