Plasterer - Project Manager

These are recruited, mediated, and equipped according to customer needs, as well as trained and further educated. The core competencies of our client with over 40 employees have been in the areas of: drywall construction / renovation, plastering, interior and exterior plastering work, as well as insulation for over 20 years. Tasks ## \-Leading the plasterers, drywall builders, and facade insulators \-Organization and preparation of construction sites \-Measurement work, tendering, compiling construction site files \-Settling construction sites \-Quality control on construction sites and monitoring deadlines \-Customer consulting for demanding customers Requirements ## \-Training as a plasterer, foreman, construction site manager, or polier \-In-depth professional experience & project management in the plastering, drywall construction, and facade area \-Good German language skills in word and good knowledge in writing \-Driver's license category B \-Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting \-Solid and comprehensive knowledge of measurement and tendering \-Assertiveness and negotiating skills \-You are able to lead and motivate employees \-Ideal age between 30 - 50 years Further information ## Are you looking for a new and lasting challenge?
