Job description
The Verein Kinderhaus AHOI operates two daycare centers: Kinderhaus Ahoi and Kinderhaus Strickhof. Kinderhaus Ahoi offers 36 family-supplementary childcare places for children from the age of three months until entering kindergarten. The children are accompanied, cared for, and supported in three mixed-age children's groups by specialists and trainees. We are looking for a committed and trained Childcare Specialist with EFZ who will support us in our Kinderhaus Ahoi from January 2027. Your tasks:

You accompany the children in their development and promote their independence and creativity.
You design varied and age-appropriate activities that encourage the children to marvel and explore.
You maintain close and trusting cooperation with the parents.
You take care of the daily care and leisure activities of the children.
You support our team in the planning and implementation of projects.
What you bring with you:

You have completed training as a Childcare Specialist or an equivalent qualification.
You enjoy working with children and bring a positive and motivated attitude.
You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working in a team.
You are open to new ideas and contribute your own creative impulses.
