• Reception and support of customers at the bank counter
• Advising customers on the basic products saving, payments, investing and retirement planning
• Identification of needs and forwarding of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration on target group-specific market development measures

• Completed banking training or comparable training with experience in the financial services sector
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment of customer contact
