This is what your day looks like: 07:45 You start at your home and complete all administrative tasks for your assignments 08.15 You get into your company car. First client — after a stroke, week 4. You have already prepared the file in your home office. 09:00 Second assignment. Gait security, fall prophylaxis — you train on the stairs and on the sidewalk, not on a treadmill. 09.45 Short drive, windows down, fresh air for the head. You document briefly via app before driving on. 10.15 Two more assignments — you know the clients and look forward to seeing their progress 13:00 Lunch break — you choose where yourself. No staff room, no clinic tray. 14:00–17.00 Two to three more assignments. By 17:00 you are finished — no late shift, no weekend except by your own choice. What you do with us: ✅ Mobile physiotherapy at clients' homes — after hospital, rehab clinic, or accident ✅ Rehabilitation for neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric clinical pictures ✅ Involvement and instruction of relatives as part of the treatment team ✅ Interdisciplinary consultation with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nursing What you bring with you: ✅ You have a physiotherapy degree (FH or equivalent) and at least 1–2 years of professional experience. ✅ You want to work independently and mobile — you plan your route, you decide on-site. ✅ Rehabilitation fascinates you — most of all you like to see a person climbing stairs again who could not do that three months ago. ✅ Driver's license Cat. B available — you drive daily from client to client (company car including private use included). ❌ You want a fixed room and a team of colleagues around you — then you are in the wrong place with us.
