In this role, you will contribute to the daily and periodic financial operations of the organization. You will notably be in charge of managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitoring collections, bank reconciliations, as well as supporting accounting closures. You will also participate in the improvement of internal financial procedures and the maintenance of a high level of accounting quality. Job Description ## As an Accountant 80%-100%, you will have the following responsibilities: • Management of the accounts payable cycle and invoice processing • Management of invoicing and receivables monitoring • Bank reconciliations and monitoring of collections • Participation in monthly and annual closures • Ad hoc analyses and cleaning of accounting data • Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders The Successful Applicant ## As an Accountant 80%-100%, you have the following profile: • Excellent accounting knowledge: Swiss CO standards • Prior similar experience completed • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with One200, M-Files or Sage is an asset) • Languages: English B2; French C1. • Rigorous, flexible, organized and mature person What's on Offer ## Our client offers you: • A temporary position of 6 months with an activity rate between 80% and 100%; • Experience within an international organization • A collaborative and stimulating environment If this position matches your skills and aspirations, you can submit your application.
