For our client, an established company in the field of tinsmithing and roofing in the Winterthur region, we are looking for reliable and skilled professionals for varied temporary assignments with a long-term perspective, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks In this versatile role, you will undertake all necessary tinsmithing and roofing tinsmithing work on new constructions and renovations, as well as on repair and refurbishment projects. This includes the installation of gutters, downpipes, and sheet metal cladding, as well as the fabrication and installation of sheet metal connections to chimneys, roof windows, and other roof penetrations. You will work on both pitched and flat roofs and carry out sealing and connection work professionally. The processing of materials such as copper, zinc, and aluminum, including cutting, bending, folding, and joining, is part of your everyday routine, as is the installation of covers, claddings, and roof edge terminations. You work independently according to plans and specifications and consistently adhere to the applicable safety regulations on the construction site. Requirements Ideally, you have completed training as a Spengler EFZ, you have sound knowledge in the field of roof, facade, and sheet metal processing, as well as manual dexterity and a good technical understanding. A careful, independent, and reliable way of working characterizes you, and you are physically resilient and not afraid of heights. Good German skills facilitate cooperation within the team and with the persons in charge on site. A category B driver's license and your own vehicle are an advantage.
