Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/f/d)
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will strengthen our team and take responsibility for the entire talent acquisition process. You will identify suitable candidates for our customers, independently accompany the selection process, and actively contribute to the further development of our recruiting approaches. In doing so, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment and be in direct exchange with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Your tasks
Proactive identification and targeted approach of candidates via various channels and networks, incl. direct approach
Independent management of the entire selection process, from interview coordination to contract conclusion
Building and sustainable maintenance of candidate and customer relationships
Creation and optimization of job advertisements in cooperation with our customers
Evaluation and screening of applications as well as pre-selection of suitable candidates
Active participation in shaping and continuous further development of innovative recruitment approaches

Your profile
Completed training in the HR field or a comparable qualification, with several years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Demonstrable success in 360° recruiting as well as sound market knowledge
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance towards customers and candidates
High initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to move independently in a dynamic environment
Very good German and English skills, with which you move confidently in an international environment
Affinity for new technologies and AI-supported tools, ideally with practical experience in the use of AI in the recruiting process
