Real Estate Manager (possibility of job sharing) #

Your tasks

• You are fully responsible for the management of a portfolio of residential properties
• You develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasts, and control and impute creditors
• You lead and train your subordinate employees (including setting objectives and monitoring their achievement)
• You take charge of and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for the guarantee, execution, and monitoring of maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments, including report writing
• You perform modifications to lease agreements, rent adjustments, as well as indexed rent adaptations
• You monitor current rent policy and advise owners in determining rent setting

Your profile

• You possess a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in real estate management or an equivalent training in the real estate field
• You have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector, knowledge of tenancy law as well as basic knowledge in construction
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You possess high social and personal competence with the capacity for self-management
• You embody the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy contact with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can use new technologies, and are open to novelties
• You have a self-learning competence and enjoy transmitting your knowledge to others
