• Independent performance of hemo- and peritoneal dialysis for outpatient and inpatient patients
• On-call duties distributed throughout the year
• Ensuring evidence-based nursing quality and participation in the continuous improvement process
• Promoting goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional care team
• Commitment to the further development of nursing

This is what characterizes you ##

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or a diploma recognized in Switzerland as a nursing professional
• Experience in the field of dialysis and nephrology with corresponding further training is desirable or high motivation to learn new things
• Empathic personality with an interest in interpersonal contact as well as the desire to build a trusting and partnership-based professional relationship with people with chronic kidney insufficiency.
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Very good German or French skills with knowledge of the respective other language
