The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers, and other official offices. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with the measures of the unemployment insurance. Rapid and permanent job placement is the priority.

We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Personnel Consultant RAV Heerbrugg (m/f/d)
Percentage: 80-100%
Work location: Heerbrugg

What to expect
Advising and placing job-seeking persons
Conducting and documenting consultation meetings
Developing and agreeing upon adequate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with the job seekers
Cooperation with the internal specialist departments (logistics for labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of misuse
Performing all administrative work associated with the activities

What distinguishes you
Commercial basic training or vocational apprenticeship with commercial further training
Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR specialist, Social Insurance specialist, or the readiness to undertake further training as an HR specialist (specialization B)
Professional experience from personnel recruitment, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close connection to social insurance
Empathic and solution-oriented communication with the most diverse interlocutors from different social and cultural circles
Flexibility and readiness to perform possible work assignments at the RAV locations St.Gallen and Sargans
