This is what you will be doing with us • As Co-Team Leadership, together with your colleague, you will take on technical and personnel leadership responsibility for the directly assigned employees of the nursing team. • You will work actively in the professional nursing care of patients. • You will work according to the Lean philosophy, set standards and be responsible for their implementation and further development. • You will promote cooperation as Co-Team Leadership with your colleague, as well as cooperation within the team, and work in interdisciplinary working groups. You will impress us • with your completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH and several years of professional experience. • because you already have leadership experience, have completed a leadership development program or are willing to do so. • with your ability to assert yourself and inspire others. • with your process-oriented thinking and action.
