Patek Philippe SA Genève Maintenance Methods Technician (M/F) Patek Philippe SA Genève Maintenance Methods Technician (M/F) Mission As part of this function, reporting to our Methods Division, you will actively contribute to the good availability of all equipment by ensuring the proper implementation of the preventive maintenance plan while ensuring a constant adequacy between the load and the capacity of the activities concerned. Responsibilities \- Plan / schedule all preventive maintenance in collaboration with the production services. \- Launch service orders and prepare technical files for an efficient execution of interventions. \- Manage external interventions in the field and update intervention reports. \- Analyze failure causes and evolve preventive maintenance ranges (operations, items, etc.). \- Collaborate with support services by participating in equipment reliability actions and projects. \- Manage continuous improvement actions for the activity. Profile sought \- ES Technician diploma or Bachelor in industrial systems or a title deemed equivalent in industrial maintenance. \- 5 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector. \- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and IT fields. \- Very good knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools. \- Good knowledge of a CMMS software, ideally SAP. \- Mastery of office tools (MS Office). \- Good mastery of communication with internal clients and suppliers. \- Analytical and synthesis mindset. \- Sense of organization. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy. \- Rigor and precision.
