Our partner from the Huttwil region is looking to strengthen its team Technical Clerk Backoffice Customer Service 100% Your tasks: • In a hub function, you keep the service technicians in the field free to focus on their work and actively support the service technology team leader as well as the scheduling department • You are responsible for the preparation and further processing of work reports and maintenance contracts • You create maintenance, repair and spare parts offers, order confirmations and orders • In direct customer contact, you independently make clarifications with colleagues, customers and suppliers • You charmingly manage the customer service telephone • You perform general administrative tasks efficiently and reliably Qualifications You bring with you: • A completed technical education (e.g. in plant and apparatus construction) with commercial further training • You are a dynamic personality with good imagination who feels comfortable in a lively environment • An independent, motivated way of working as well as confident handling of MS-Office applications and enjoyment of digitalization • Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
