For the management of our HR department, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality who will actively shape the future of our company with foresight, leadership skills, and passion. Your Tasks You lead the HR department with a team of two employees (HR administration incl. payroll) and ensure professional, efficient, and service-oriented HR operations. In doing so, you take responsibility for all HR processes along the entire employee life cycle and actively participate in daily operational business. Your tasks include the recruitment of new employees, personnel support, assistance with employee appraisals, personnel development, as well as supporting labor law issues. Together with your team, you ensure the correct and timely processing of personnel administration, payroll, social insurance, as well as HR controlling. As a competent contact person, you advise and support managers in all HR topics. You accompany recruitment processes from the requirement notification to the hiring, support employee and development discussions, and provide advisory support to line managers on organizational and personnel issues. A further focus of your activity lies in the continuous improvement, digitalization, and, if possible, automation of HR processes. You identify optimization potential, drive its implementation, and ensure modern, practical, and efficient HR processes. Additionally, you further develop employer branding, strengthen CWA's positioning as an attractive employer, and develop a holistic concept for vocational training and the sustainable development of apprentices. The management and implementation of HR projects round off your versatile area of responsibility. As an interface to the group and the affiliated companies, you coordinate the local implementation of group-wide HR projects, processes, and guidelines. Your Profile You have a solid education in Human Resources Management, for example as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (HR-Fachperson mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis), HR Manager, NDS, CAS, or a comparable further education. You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable generalist HR function with leadership responsibility and ideally have experience in an industrial or production company. You are a hands-on personality who values and actively shapes daily operational business. At the same time, you recognize optimization potential and implement improvements pragmatically and goal-oriented. Dealing with digital work tools and HR systems is easy for you, and ideally, you bring experience in the digitalization and automation of HR processes. Thanks to your strong service orientation, your high social competence, and your structured way of working, you succeed in competently accompanying managers and employees and mastering even demanding situations professionally.
