For our partner company, a leading manufacturer in food production, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Operations Mechanic (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of modern production plants through preventive maintenance, inspection, and upkeep.
• Early analysis and efficient rectification of mechanical, electrical, and control technology deviations.
• Identification of potential for improvement as well as planning and implementation of technical optimization and automation projects.
• Ensuring stable production processes, high product quality, and economical plant performance.
• Close cooperation with production, technology, and engineering for the continuous further development of the plants.

Your Profile ###

• Completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Open to shift work during 3-5 weeks per year early and on-call service (without shift operation)
• High willingness to learn as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Open, communicative and goal-oriented personality who enjoys working in a team and simultaneously takes responsibility for their own tasks.
• Very good German skills and a category B driver's license round off your profile.
