For our client in Zürich, we are looking for a Real Estate Accountant starting immediately.

Tasks

• Independent management of real estate accounting (condominiums and rental properties)
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Management of dunning and payment transactions
• Communication with tenants, owners, authorities, and service providers

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., Real Estate Management Clerk or FA Accounting)
• Several years of experience in real estate accounting
• Setting up, settling, and posting HBK
• German at native level
