Polymechaniker CNC (m/w/d)

The Binder Technologie AG is a medium-sized family business in the Rheintal, north of Buchs SG. For 27 years, we have been successfully active for the automotive, aerospace and power plant industries and currently employ around 30 employees. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Polymechaniker CNC (m/w/d) Your areas of focus: • Create CNC programs using CAM software Autodesk Powermill and Heidenhain controls (up to 5 axes simultaneously) • Set up, maintain and operate CNC milling machines (up to 5 axes) • Run in new parts in the area of CNC milling from programming to process release • Complete production and assembly of in-house tools and fixtures according to drawings and 3D construction • Carry out maintenance work on machines and tools/fixtures • Responsible for the execution of production orders according to the work program, while complying with quality and deadline specifications Your profile: • Completed apprenticeship as a polymechaniker • or equivalent training • Practical experience in CAM programming with Autodesk Powermill • alternatively, active interest in acquiring these skills • Practical experience in handling CNC controls from Heidenhain • alternatively, active interest in acquiring these skills • Committed, flexible and team-oriented personality with independent and reliable working methods • Enjoyment of technical challenges as well as openness to changes and innovations • Manual skills We offer you a varied job with prospects and performance-related pay in a great company climate.
