CNC Setter Milling 100% (m/f/d) – Hölstein BL / Option permanent employment

For our customer, an internationally active company in precision manufacturing and medical technology, we are looking for two experienced CNC setters in the field of milling, starting immediately or by arrangement.

You have sound knowledge in CNC machining, work precisely, and are looking for a new challenge in a modern production environment? Then we look forward to your application!

Your tasks

• Independent setting up and operating of CNC milling machines
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Processing demanding precision components
• Carrying out tool changes and tool corrections
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Checking the manufactured workpieces according to quality specifications
• Recognizing and rectifying disturbances in the production process
• Ensuring a consistently high production quality

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling and independent setting up of machines
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Resident in the region or mobile with own car

Shift Working time
Early shift 05:00 – 13:00
Late shift 13:00 – approx. 21:45

The weekly working time is 42,5 hours.
