Do you want to actively help shape the financial management of Ricola and identify and implement concrete value creation and margin potentials through controlling? As Vice President Controlling, you report directly to the CFO and ensure transparency, create sound decision-making bases, and support management in developing Ricola sustainably and profitably. Together with your team, you will shape the future of our controlling and combine financial excellence with a strong understanding of our business.

• As a central sparring partner for the CFO, CEO, and Group Management, you bring financial perspectives into strategic decisions and actively shape their implementation
• You are responsible for the financial management of the Ricola Group and, together with management, derive targeted measures to increase growth, profitability, and cash flow. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the implementation of our corporate strategy
• The global planning, budgeting, and forecast processes are your responsibility - with the ambition to continuously develop them
• Together with the specialist departments, you identify potentials for profitable growth and efficiency increases and further develop our performance management
• You drive the further development of our Finance Operating Model and shape the transformation of controlling towards a data-driven, automated, and AI-supported business partner organization
• You support strategic investment decisions and ensure a value-oriented allocation of resources across all business areas
• For our financial and business key figures, you ensure a reliable and consistent data base together with relevant interfaces with the help of our Data Lake
• You lead and develop your controlling team with the goal of promoting individual responsibility, cooperation, and continuous development

Your ingredients for shared success. ##

• University degree (FH/Uni) in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or comparable education and training
• Many years of sound experience in a leading finance, controlling, or business partnering function, ideally in an international FMCG environment
• You have a strong understanding of the central value drivers of a manufacturing company and have experience in managing profitability, product costs, and performance
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in developing and empowering people and achieving ambitious goals together
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive clear priorities from them
• High credibility as well as a confident appearance towards management, the Board of Directors, and international stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience in implementing change and transformation initiatives in the finance environment
• Strategic foresight combined with a strong hands-on mentality - you shape, decide, and roll up your sleeves yourself if necessary
• SAP-CO, Power BI, and Jedox knowledge are a plus
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
