The Moosmatt in Reigoldswil is a small, fine nursing home - family-like, approachable, with real character. 67 residents, around 98 employees, and you right in the middle. We are looking for a leadership personality who gets involved and helps shape things as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement: Department Head / Residential Area Manager (80% - 100%) Your tasks • You lead your team of around 25 employees - authentically, appreciatively, with a clear course and a good example • You hold the threads between residents, relatives, doctors, and nursing staff together • RAI assessments, duty planning, and direct care are part of your daily routine • You design the division of labor between office and nursing work independently • You think along, get involved, and actively shape the Moosmatt in a forward-looking way - also on the way to the new building 2030 Your profile • Dipl.
