Gardener - Foreman with leadership experience

Activities + Independent management and coordination of construction sites in gardening and landscaping + Technical guidance and training of the construction team as well as apprentices + Execution of all gardening work on site + Organization and planning of work preparation including material and machine use + Communication with customers as well as construction and project management; preparation of daily and hourly reports • Requirements + Completed training as a Gardener EFZ in gardening and landscaping + Experience in the function as a foreman + Sound knowledge in reporting as well as material management and procurement + Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility + Good German skills, driver's license and well-groomed appearance • Offer + Working in a motivated team with collegial cohesion + Modern working environment with a depot newly built in 2021 + Attractive social benefits including 5 weeks of vacation and central place of work near the train station
