Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibility ##

• Operational purchasing including invoice verification p2p
• Negotiation of technical requirements including consumables
• Checking order confirmations, deadline monitoring and dunning management
• Master data management, data archiving and creation of evaluations
• Semi-annual / annual closing work in cooperation with the finance department
• Value-oriented cooperation with specialist departments and suppliers
• Successful completion of measures to achieve purchasing goals
• Participation in the further development of purchasing

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training, preferably with further training in the field of purchasing or invoice verification
• Technical and also legal understanding is an advantage
• Enjoyment of administrative activity with the necessary attention to detail
• Independent way of working
• Communication strength and tenacity in the implementation of goals
• Negotiation-secure in German as well as good English skills (written/oral)
• Sound ERP and MS Office knowledge
