We are currently looking for a Project Manager Gas Supply Systems (m/f/d) for our site in Vufflens-la-Ville (VD).

Your missions and responsibilities

• For our industrial customers in French-speaking Switzerland, you autonomously manage gas supply installation projects, from needs analysis and planning to commissioning and final acceptance
• In close collaboration with customers, you identify their technical requirements and develop tailor-made offers, combining technical relevance and feasibility
• You also coordinate resources, ensure material management, control the quality of interventions, and provide technical supervision to the fitters assigned to the projects
• Thanks to your proximity to the market and your professional network, you actively contribute to the acquisition of new mandates and participate in the sustainable development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland
• As a preferred interlocutor, you maintain trusting relationships with customers, external partners, and internal teams in order to guarantee the success of projects and a high level of customer satisfaction
• You also actively participate in the digitization and automation processes of tasks and contribute to the development of the company towards digital transformation

Your profile

• You hold a technical professional qualification, preferably in the fields of sanitary, heating, or a comparable technical field
• You know how to coordinate several projects in parallel, define priorities, and ensure rigorous monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Thanks to your analytical capacity and your customer orientation, you quickly understand technical needs and are able to propose suitable and pragmatic solutions
• Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, you identify development opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of our activities
• In order to ensure effective collaboration with your manager based in Dagmersellen (LU), you have good knowledge of German (B1/B2)
• You are open to new challenges and wish to contribute actively to the success of the digital transformation of our company
