Your task: create meaning.  In our foundation, we offer 51 adult people with a developmental and multiple disability a home and a daily structure - in the midst of social life. For our decentralized atelier (FrischLuft) in the woods, we are looking for a\*n: Arbeitsagog\*in / Sozialpädagog\*in / Fachperson Betreuung zu 80% Your tasks - naturally creating meaning: You accompany people with a developmental and multiple disability and offer them meaningful work, participation, and design opportunities. The concept of Functional Health provides the professional basis for your work. You take over the coordination of personnel work and work with external specialist offices, authorities, relatives, and guardians. A team of around 18 people is looking forward to you!  This is what you bring - gladly outdoors, gladly with people: • Completed training in the social pedagogical, work pedagogical or handicraft-pedagogical field (e.g. social pedagogy, FABE, HEP, nature pedagogy or work pedagogy) • You feel just as comfortable in the woods as in the team meeting • You work gladly in the open air in all weather conditions - in summer as in winter (a caravan with a stove is available) • You work gladly in a small team and appreciate the collaboration in the larger area team at the same time • Appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence • Supporting, clear communication • A team-oriented and independent working method This is what we offer - FrischLuft included: To enable you to work independently, we provide you with clear, competence-oriented action concepts.
